A Japanese iron lantern with ribbed cylindrical light housing resting on a center shaft and three cabriole legs, above a round drip plate and tripod feet. The lantern with carrying handle, interior support ring for an oil dish, and solid drip plate base. The light housing now missing one rib, and with wear and minor damage from age and use.
